When the radio is model / option capable,

(when
the Remote Site Interface System field
in the 
referenced Conventional System is disabled;
IF enabled, THEN the Rx Voice / Signal Type field must be set to "ASTRO", and
this Talkgroup selection must be disabled; ELSE, this field becomes invalid).
